Yes. Just let us know at least one month before your contract ends, subject to availability.
What is included in the rent?
Free wifi, swimming pool access, wardrobe and mattress. Electricity, water and the fitness room are paid separately.
How much is the deposit?
A refundable damage deposit is required, plus a 500 THB key deposit. Message us for the amount for your room. Payment is by cash or bank transfer.
Can I see the room before I book?
Yes. Visit in person, or if you are booking from abroad we will send photos by LINE, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or email.
Is it quiet enough to work from home?
Yes. The rooms are quiet and have free wifi, well suited to working from home.
